FISHING
I’m not really fishing, you know;
I’m just looking at them passing by
I don’t know why
But I just don’t want to try.
I just guess
Fishing takes too much effort
And it’s a little sad
When the fish don’t like the bait
It’s scary when dangerous fish
Get caught.
I don’t
Want
A wrong
Fish
In my net.
There’s plenty of fish in the sea
Or so they say…
There has to be a suitable fish out there
Anywhere
Somewhere
To be found.
The perfect fish for me…
Where oh where can he be?
But I’m NOT fishing.
I watch them pass by
And wonder why
I can’t try
Maybe I’ve tried too much
And had enough?
Maybe I’m just waiting
Till a fish decides to come and find me
To have for tea?
